• Non-personalized items will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. In the event of high order volume, processing may take longer than usual. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.
• Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. We offer the following shipping options:

• Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 1-3 business days.

Order Tracking

• LuxCreations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as customs duties, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Return Policy
As a custom brand specializing in personalized products, we take great care in crafting each item to your specifications. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items.
We only accept returns under the following circumstances:
• The item you received is damaged or defective.
How to File a Return for a Damaged or Defective Item:
1. Contact us at luxcreations.usa@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product.
3. Once we review your request, we will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Non-returnable Items:
• Custom or personalized orders that are not defective or damaged.
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
Refunds (if applicable):
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
